From the Desk of Director, our vision is based on hard work, open communications, a strong emphasis on team work and a high level of responsibility. This visionary culture allows and emphasizes our wards not only to adopt the present day challenges but also individual responsibilities to the society and our Nation at large. Learning should be based on doing things and not merely knowing things. Until and unless learning solutions relates to real life and motivate the learner to acquire and apply the knowledge, the whole process will remain superficial.
Our Institution has set specific objectives and planned activities for achieving excellence in all spheres of technical education. People who feel good about themselves produce good results and people who produce good results feel good about themselves. We also believe in total learning and sharing. Have a visit to Himachal Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (HIPER), Nadaun, Hamirpur, H.P and feel good to get quality education.
The field of medicine has grown exponentially during the 21st century. The need for prolonging the lifespan of man has urged scientists to make new developments and discoveries in health care and pharmaceuticals every day. One research after the other has led to the expansion of the pharmaceutical industry worldwide. Keeping in mind the advances in Pharmaceutical Industries, the need for a quality of education is required. HIPER is committed to produce inevitable budding professionals to meet this global challenge.
We are working on technical field for multifaceted development of the student’s i.e. excellent teaching learning process, industrial linkage, innovations, intellectual, personality and entrepreneurship. Institute will bear the responsibility of developing skilled professionals spanning over different field of pharmacy that are fine citizens and contribute to the society constructively. I also believe to enhance the employability of young and helping the economy acquire a competitive edge.

Although India has earned its position in the pharmaceutical science globally, yet it is to be made common for all and at parlance with the other sciences, make it appreciable, effective and updated. Key success in research in the field is new Drug Discovery that requires interdisciplinary approach with state of art infrastructure. My vision was to give affordable high quality professional education and skill that not only generates high employment potential to the under privileged youth; but also the institute of higher learning of International standard equipped with sophisticated infrastructural facilities, even though the institution is situated in remote part of the country.
Added to this, it is the mission of the Institute to develop versatile personality in the students with inculcation of sound ethics and moral values. More over the knowledge of this science is of upmost help to the common man for a healthy and prosperous life.
